1.為基層兒童及青少年提供經濟援助，以協助他們獲得同等教育機會
2.為ADHD學童提供全面協助，令他們獲得適當及合時治療
3.推動全人教育，讓兒童養成良好品德，成長後願意為個人、家庭及社會作出承擔。
4.撥款國內興建學校，讓國內基層兒童享有教育機會
5.資助社區教育項目，鼓勵父母積極參與，增強親子關係
6.每年資助不同項目，扶幼攜老達致社會關愛共融
