(一) 了解創意產業及生涯路向探索
- 舉辦創作講座及工作坊給予學生、教師及社區不同人士
- 加強香港青少年人對創意產業的知識
- 提升興趣和自我探索
(二) 專業裝備和全人發展
- 提供短期及長期培訓計劃
- 指導青年人成為創意產業的專業工作者
- 特別協助基層青年
(三) 畢業生師友支援網絡
- 跟進在創意產業中的畢業生
- 提供師友培育及指導，幫助他們成為明日的培訓師及領袖
