環護教育基金會 Conservation E3 Foundation (簡稱CE3) 成立於 2011年，致力以電子平台 (Electronic channels) 推動環境 (Environment) 和能源 (Energy)相關的保育 (Conservation)及教育工作，希望凝聚社會各界力量，推廣欣賞、分享、保護大自然和天然資源的意識，長遠達致香港可持續發展。
CE3主要透過電子平台如網站、手機應用程式、社交媒體等網上媒介，推廣欣賞、分享、保護、熱愛大自然和天然資源的意識，藉此推動香港成為可持續發展的亞洲國際大都會。
