Action Care International Limited
關愛動員於2008年12月正式成立，是一間香港註冊的慈善機構。我們不分宗教、種族、國籍，致力連結不同的伙伴，服務社區有需要的人。現時的服務項目集中在港島東區，主要藉著資源轉贈、外展探訪、兒童及家庭服務等等，支援區內的無家者、拾荒者、新移民、獨居長者、單親及低收入家庭。
